Upload & Share Data
You can upload and share data with all your suppliers or provide them with direct access to prespecified information. Please note that, depending on your subscription level, the file size you can upload may be limited.
Web-Portal Access
Sign up to our web-portal in order to gain access to our services. You can then subscribe to other companies or company documents, set up your own company account, and publish documents such as certificates or supplier evaluations which other companies can then subscribe to.
Unlimited Users
The number of users assigned to your company is unlimited. Adding more users has no influence on the price. This means that, even with a Free subscription, you can register and assign all of your company's employees.
Publish Documents
Upload documents that are meant to be available for all qxhub members to download. All of your customers can then e.g. subscribe to your certificates and be notified as soon as you provide a new version or change any data regarding a specific certificate. You will never need to manually distribute your public documents again – all of your customers and suppliers will always be up-to-date.
Subscribe to Documents
Subscribe to your suppliers' documents and receive automatic notification if any of said documents are changed. qxhub will keep track of all the important changes or expiry dates of your subscribed documents and automatically notify you in case you need to take action.
You will always be up-to-date with all your suppliers and never miss an expiry date.
Automated Notifications
You will be notified automatically whenever you need to take action because e.g. a newer version of a subscribed document is available, a subscribed certificate has expired, or a private request was made by another company. You can define whether you will only be notified within our web-portal or if you wish to receive e-mail notifications. This can be adjusted in your profile settings any time.
Manage Requests Online
You don't need to install any software – simply address requests made by other companies, provide documents, answer audits, or edit actions directly in your browser.
Provide Audits
Request audits or supplier self assessments online.
When requesting an audit, you can specify criteria that shall prompt the auditor to create a finding or provide additional information regarding why a certain answer was chosen.
Share Private Documents
You can provide your supplier with access to private documents or data which only you and the corresponding supplier will be allowed to view or edit. This method is ideal for e.g. sharing contracts, supplier self-assessments, or complaint / nonconformity information.
Create Complaints
Create, download and process complaints via 8D report or transfer complaints to your business partners for further processing. You can either track their progress manually or be notified on completion, fully automated.
Suppliers/Customers
At Free Subscription level you are able to nominate up to 5 companies with which you wish to communicate privately via qxhub – the full functionality of qxhub including private document sharing will be available for your interactions with said companies. At Advanced or Premium levels, the number of included suppliers is increased to 50 whereas any number of additional suppliers you desire can be added. If you are the recipient of another company’s qxhub process, this will not affect the unique number of companies you may address.

Enterprise-Account Upgrade
With an Enterprise account, you can manage several company accounts under one subscription. All company accounts combined in an Enterprise account share the business partners and there is no need to take out individual subscriptions. This not only saves you additional costs, but also additional administrative work.

At Advanced or Premium levels, the number of included suppliers is increased to 50 whereas any number of additional suppliers you desire can be added.
Contractual Service Level Agreement
We offer a contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) to guarantee the scope, quality, and availability of our services. Please understand that we are unable to make any changes to our SLA on a customer-by-customer basis.
Contractual Data Processing Agreement
The qxhub Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is an extension of our Terms of Use and reflects our compliance with GDPR requirements. Please understand that we are unable to make any changes to our DPA on a customer-by-customer basis.
